For a market value appraisal the following documents are to be provided:
- Copy of the abstract of title
- Current land register map (plan of site)
- Development plan of the real estate
- Depictions of existing buildings and structural works (ground plans,
sectional views, including dates of construction)
- Calculation of useable area and living space according to DIN standard

- Details about subsoil
- rental agreements and current rents
- Operating costs
- other important information about the nature of the real estate including
all known
unregistered encumbrances and rights, preservation orders, rent
controls,
superstructures, soil pollution (e.g. residual waste or potentiality
of residual waste)
as well as all other factors of the property and the surroundings that
might influence its
value.
